Dance Collider 1.1.0: "Hardcore Update"

New 'Extreme' Difficulty Setting:
-Even Smaller Nodes
-Even Faster Nodes
-Much Stricter Failstate
-Harder beatmaps

New Precision Scoring Mechanic:
-Gain some additional points depending on where you hit a node
(using the center of your collider = more points, outer rim = less points)
-This system is entirely addative to the existing systems, so all highscores are now under threat!
-Your precision percentage is displayed on the results board, and is factored into your rank

New Arena Taunt Effects:
-When characters "taunt", they now play some additional effects in their arenas
-These can be disabled by the "Lightshows" and "Taunt Particles" options
(They only play if both options are enabled)

Other:
-Song editor: Now opens a confirm dialog when attempting to clear all nodes
-Song Editor: Now can create dances using Uriel's arena
-Other small tweaks & fixes!
