Fixes

• Fixed an issue where transferring servers would cause a server crash.
• Fixed an issue where dancing at the Bonfire caused a client crash.
• Fixed an issue where Ice Cave workbench and Fire Cave workbench were disappearing from their designated locations.
• Fixed an issue where servers that cannot be transferred to were showing up in the list of available servers in the server transfer screen.
• Fixed some localization.
