Updates and Fixes

Controller: Player cannot look around while moving - this prevents some erratic behavior when using a controller.

Train 1: Locked Dragan in position until attacking mode is triggered - this prevents the player from being able to push him around.

Train 1: If player walks away mid conversation with Dragan, he now attacks the player.

Fixed and improved talk trigger interactions with NPCs.

Daturaland: Added interpolated rust/decay texture to collapsing platform upon trigger.

Train 1: Changed info box for health pickups to tell player they will automatically pickup items if their health is depleted.
