1.2.1 Hotfix updates

Hello again everyone! Here are the latest changes for the new Hotfix





  • Precise Assault now applies 1 Focus to the Combatant when used.
  • Guillotine's damage is now doubled for every time it is added to the Draw Pile instead of doubling on each use.
  • Vigilant Strike now doubles the Armor gained if the Combatant already has Armor.
  • Shatter no longer removes a debuff from the enemy when used.
  • Shadow Incarnate is now a State instead of a buff.
  • Damage from Root can no longer be mitigated by Armor.



  • The battle log is now available to see as Death Recap after a defeat on the Results Screen.
  • It is now possible by left clicking to preview the cards and their upgrades in a larger format in the Deck and in the Spellbook.



  • Platforms in the battle environments have now their textures improved.
  • Improved the textures of the Combatant's Holster.
  • Card glow colors have been improved and unified.
  • Added a new particle effect for the Lightning Bomb spell.
  • Improved the visuals of the locked cards in the Spellbook.
  • Improved the textures of the information boxes.
  • Improved the Dunestalker's textures.



  • Added a new glow for cards that have their Amplify condition satisfied, which makes them much easier to track during a battle.
  • Increased the size of the text in various parts of the game and added a more dynamic font in cards.
  • Increased the size of the enchantments during combat.
  • The description of keywords are now displayed in the outcomes of the Desert Encounters.
  • Added a reminder message when starting a new run about the Reputation Points resetting.
  • It is no longer possible to obtain a Neutral card when transforming during Desert Encounters.
  • It is no longer possible to obtain a Neutral card in Spells of the Past.



  • Fixed a visual bug where Arcane Fulmination and Fierce Demolition would not display the correct number of Chaos cards used and Weapon damage dealt.
  • Fixed a bug where there was a small chance of obtaining a "Corrupted card" that could hinder a run during the Desert Encounters.
  • Fixed a system bug where the game would launch at 1920p instead of the resolution set by the player or by the default screen size.
  • Fixed a bug where the Mana Cost of a card obtained by Omen of Origins would be set to its default value when the Cursed Treasures curse is active.
  • Fixed a bug where the tooltip of the upgraded Wish Jinn and Oasis from the Scholar Reputation tree would not be updated.
  • Fixed a bug where it would be possible to click on the Dialogue node for Borrowed Powers even when going through an adjacent path.
  • Fixed a bug where taking the Divine Will blessing would not display a card to purge in the beginning of Combat which would stop the player from continuing the battle.
  • Fixed a bug where the Mind Reach talent would not add an extra stack to the Dominate Mind debuff.
  • Fixed a bug where Beacon of Honor would trigger every 2 turns after the initial trigger of 8 turns.
  • Fixed a visual bug where the Spirit Loop buff would remain on the Soothsayer even after its target was defeated.
  • Fixed a bug where transforming the Dunestalker into a Realm Wisp would hide the Realm Wisp's texture for a turn.
  • Fixed a bug where Herald of Eminence's Leap of Faith would not trigger if the Combatant was destroyed without taking damage.
  • Fixed a bug where the Pyrokinesis values would sometimes not be well translated.
  • Fixed a bug where Legacy of Power would heal for 1 instead of 7 and would heal for every card cast after the first trigger.
  • Fixed a bug where the Arcane Deluge debuff would not take into consideration upgraded Arcane spells.
  • Fixed a bug where the Jinn of Flames would sometimes use Inferno on its first turn.

Some extra minor bugs and localization fixes were also undertaken.
