We've pushed out an update to Destinations (content buildid 1349679):

New Features
  • Added Public Lobbies
  • Lobby members can add friends and mute other members of a public lobby
  • Lobby hosts can kick members of a public lobby
  • Players can turn off player billboards, mute everyone else, and mute themselves
  • Players and objects in your personal space will become translucent
  • Added physics impact sounds for props
  • Added hand gesture support - use the Simple Hands avatar and click the controller grips to change hand gesture
  • Updated and tweaked physics
  • Performance improvements
New Content
  • Updated in-game tutorials for both Vive and Rift
  • Tutorial is now scrollable which should help with localization
  • Added Valve Lobby Destination
  • Added Arcade Toss Destination
  • Added La Pedrera Destination
  • Added new props - visit different Destinations to unlock

Bug Fixes
  • Fixed issue where both hands needed to be tracking before they would show up in Destinations
  • Fixed bug where physics misbehaves when scaling props

Content creators: If avatars are unlit and props aren't properly colliding with geometry in your Destinations, make sure to go through this Destinations Checklist to ensure you have lighting and collision properly set up.

Destinations is compatible with any HMD that is supported by OpenVR, including the HTC Vive and Oculus Rift. If you are using a gamepad, make sure the Destinations game window is selected on your PC while using Destinations.
