Adjustments

• Added a half second windup animation to the onions projectile attack.
• Added a bright outline to bouncing dung balls.
• Added a landing/shooting indicator to bouncing dung balls.
• Made bouncing dung balls shadow larger.
• Added a resume button to the pause screen.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed "Flail Unlocked" achievement being rewarded unintentionally.
