2) Added INVENTORY Feature

Now you can control various in-game equipment in INVENTORY.
You can enter INVENTORY using F11 Key.
We also added a few item categories to be used.

> Combined LV ICON to DJ ICON
> Added COMBO/JUDGEMENT SKIN Category
> Moved THEME Feature to INVENTORY
※ EMOTICON Feature will be enabled with the next update.
※ COMBO/JUDGEMENT SKIN items will be added in near future.

3) Added Half Random & Max Random Feature

> HALF RANDOM: Based on the center of the track, left&right track will be randomly placed.
> MAX RANDOM: Each note will be randomly placed.

4) Feature & Function Key Change
> HOST Function key has changed from F11 to F9 in OPEN MATCH.
> RANDOM Feature is moved to the left part of CHAOS.
