Theme of release: Make the game easier to play.

Issues addressed:
1. Added slow motion KO
2. AI opponents attacked unprovoked will now attack back
3. Improved how players grab an hold object, they aren't as easy to drop accedentally
4. Added help audio
5. Fixed bug where occasionally the game ends before the 10 count
6. Improved scale of some objects.
7. Improved drinking detection
