Engine Changes


  • Networking changes, game should run smoother off-host

Visual Changes


  • Joust ability is now blue themed to be visually distinct from other ground fires

Balance Changes


  • Allowed traps to be placed next to core, like auras.
  • Owl Nest Projectile damage 108 -> 98
  • Owl Nest Scaling per hit maximum damage scaling 0.9 -> 0.85
  • Owl Nest Scaling per hit minimum damage scaling 0.8 -> 0.75
  • Wisp Den Projectile damage 55.080002 -> 47
  • Cloud Tower Projectile damage 324 -> 300
  • Changed Ruthless enemy speed multiplier from 0.35 to 0.5
  • Fireball tower damage scaling exponent (90% buff on high end)
  • Fireball projectile AoE fall off reduced
  • Mortar Damage exponent reduced (15% high end damage nerf)
  • Max targets on ethereal spike trap 1 -> 3
  • Falloff per consecutive target: 0.5 damage to the 2nd target, 0.25 damage to the third
  • Sludge Launcher attack rate increase (45% dps increase)
  • Sludge Launcher Z size x1.35
  • Added multiply damage on lower stats for Sludge Launcher at:
    • Under 1000 - 0.6
    • 1000 to 2000 - 0.65
    • 2000 to 3000 - 0.75
    • 3000 to 4000 - 0.85
    • 4000 to 5000 - 0.9
  • Auras no longer target in spawn enemies
  • Fireball projectile speed 1800 -> 2300
  • Proj speed increase on Holy Cannon and Harpoon 3000 -> 4000
  • Warden Hero Damage Exponent nerf (9% damage nerf)
  • Holy Cannon health 120 -> 160
  • Holy Cannon du 5 -> 4

  • Gunwitch Vroom Broom Damage Multiplier 0.9 -> 0.8

  • Added hero damage scaler to Icy Needle
  • Spin squire fast swinging sword damage multiplier nerf of 10%
  • Turtle Shell Launcher fire interval decrease, 20% damage nerf

Bug Fixes


  • Fixed Circular Slice dealing no damage when activated immediately after a normal swing
  • Hero select scene is now closed on player swap; scene's input lock was blocking player 1 after switching back. Scene reopens automatically when switching back to the unselected player.
  • Fixed black screen after skipping the Great Old One cutscene on 64-bit
  • Fix F-key mashing killing all input
  • Added spawn-invicibility early out on pets and heroes to match towers targetting.
  • Fullscreen swap only works on host player now to avoid issues where it would corrupt main player, causing it to kick you out of your own game when adding splits
  • Fixed Hyper Rifle projectile flashing the skybox
  • Added Autofire (max 1 split right now), L = right-click, Control + L = left click
  • Fixed checkpoint 0 not restarting TBR if you're on checkpoint 2
  • Removed stacking from Obelisk damage debuff, so it can only be applied once to prevent cycling on a low upgrade damage debuff
  • Adjusted Series EV 1.75 bracer socket to be more fitting to her character model
  • Fixed Broken Heart Gun overperforming
  • Autofire: staff support, independent main player, 1-split limit
  • Made it so hotkeys can't be pressed when search bar is in focus.
  • Fixed hermit not having a purchase url
  • Fixed hermit Nature's Pylon not showing the health on tower info
  • Fixed an old call that specifically blocked Sharkens from being effected by gas traps.
  • Fix for auras not applying correctly to mobs effected by spawn-immunity.
  • Extra protection for loading into maps with higher number of heroes than intended
  • Fix for the no-damage on autofire staff after cancelling
  • Made tiny mini map hide when opening any UI scene
