Quality of Life Improvements

• Tile is now previewed in the create tile tool
• Tile to be created can be changed with Right Mouse Button. Preview hidden by holding Shift
• Added tutorial prompt to Change Tile
• Decreased threshold to clear Panning tutorial prompt

Bug fixes

• Added additional checks for keeping tiles within boundaries
• WASD will no longer navigate UI
• Fixed a wayward antenna
