Quality of Life

• Game Screenshots now save to PNG format by default (higher quality)
• Added screenshot-mode console command to switch screenshot output to EXR for real photography dorks.
• Intro Message skip is faster
• Windowed mode can now be resized*
• Mouse cursor is now hidden along with the UI in photo mode via F3.

Bug Fixes

• File Browser API has been replaced and will no longer lock game in some scenarios
• Pause Menu UI has better fallbacks at low resolutions preventing lockout from resolution settings
• Achievements and Stats do more frequent and thorough checks to keep Steam updated of your progress
• Plugged a mesh hole in the mountains
• Added some additional checks to Move and Elevate Tile controls, trying to prevent loss of context when dragging through other buildings at lower framerate
• Fixed some issues with saving light brush details when erased
• The "CD Holder" light fixture has been adjusted slightly. The old one will still spawn on Saved Cities but has been replaced otherwise.
