Minor Changes

• Adjusted Fog Quality setting naming to Medium/High/Ultra to better reflect quality level. “Ultra” will cause significant performance decrease, intended for players wanting to take screenshots at the highest quality level.
• Refined mouseover tooltip appearance time
• Rounded buildings in New Eden district have been adjusted for better billboard placements with less clipping
• Some New Eden district textures have been adjusted
• HDR format has been reverted to 32-bit due to performance issues. 64-bit mode can be re-enabled with the setting-64bithdr console command

Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue where traffic would still appear on roads when traffic level was set to zero.
• Billboards not longer fade to black at extreme distances.
• UI sounds no longer play when Dystopika is beneath another window.
• Pressing Undo will no longer soft lock the application in some scenarios
• A glitch in the whale hologram causing it to become solid has been fixed.
