We wanted to provide a brief update on the team’s progress with resolving the EA anticheat errors that are being seen by some players.

Since the release of FIFA 23, the team has published a number of updates to EA anticheat. As a result, we see that the number of players that are seeing these errors has been significantly reduced. That being said, we see that there are still players that are reporting errors and the team continues to work on resolving them.

To assist the team in identfiying these remaining errors, we are asking for help from those players that are impacted. Please visit Answers HQ and follow the steps provided to send us information about the error that you are seeing. This information will be a great help to the team as they work through this.
