Fixes:

• Fixed the font size for the Missions Tracker.
• Improved German localization.
• Fixed a bug related with VSync being turned off when changing quality.
• Fixed a small bug with Gia saying "Uh?" at diner even when not there.
• Fixed a dialogue option that now allows Tina to ask Eku for a fuse.
• Fixed a dialogue option that now allows Sam to ask Arcade for the spray can.
