Version 0.1.16

So I was bad this week and didn't keep complete patch notes, Here are the highlights that I can remember.

• On starting a new game the world seed may now be selected (previously was locked to "1337")
• Rebalanced many things in the early game (more balancing in the coming weeks)
• Iron frames and gears can now be crafted by hand as well as in the forge
• Conveyor ramps can now be correctly placed with a crane.
• A bunch of other stuff I forgot, OOPS!
