Hey mercenaries, long time no see!

We've got several bug reports I needed to address about one of the Steam Achievement not triggering properly. Thanks a lot for the reports (and congrats for completing the game!).

Changes:

• Fixed an issue where the "Upgraded" achievement wouldn't trigger even if you purchased all of the available upgrades.

Note: with the 1.0.2 update, if you already had all of the upgrades purchased, you should now receive the Steam Achivement as soon as you enter the Hub menu.
