Patch 93.1

Fixes:

• Coins are now displayed on the exchange office screens in town and on the mayor's screen (to buy upgrades).
• Selling an animal to the PnJ or turning it into meat now removes the animal from the team
• Fixed a bug that occurred when the dog was retrieving tools; it could sometimes be misplaced in the player's hand
• Changed the PnJ text for exiting the town centre and added a name to help new players find their way out of town.
• Added collisions for some PnJs
• Display of a counter when the player picks up a star
• Improved French translation on several buttons
