New Features :

New weekly and monthly event system for the agricultural association !

• Two new tabs are available with the NPC "Zoé", who manages the events.
• The rewards will be in the form of Nox and items.
• Items will go into the guild chest.
• Nox rewards will go into the "budget" of the agricultural association.
• A new tab is available on the association management table, titled "Shop."
• This tab allows you to spend the association's Nox to improve the association or distribute rewards among members.
• A new "budget" management permission has been created to better distribute roles within the association.
• New options are available in the voting screen.

Improvements :

• Change of the voting screen for the next function to improve readability.
• Visual improvement of the building used to paint animals.
• Added a notification upon player login to inform if any players have applied to their agricultural association.
