Pistol:

• Soaked: cost scaling increased
• Symbiotic Shooter: 2.5% >> 1.5%

Sniper:

• Shatter Damage: 0.5% >> 0.3%

Shotgun:

• 3rd Degree Burns: 20 seconds >> 30 seconds
• Feel The Burn: 50% >> 33.3%
• High Roller: capped at 7 >> uncapped
• Odd Timing:
• not scaling >> scaling
• 2 gold >> 1 gold
• damage on even rounds 10% >> 0%
• damage on odd rounds 30% >> 15%

Knife:

• Blade Size: cost scaling decreased
• Triggered Explosive:
• not scaling >> scaling
• 5 gold >> 1 gold
• 2.5% damage >> 0.5% damage
