Adjustments
-New renderer - should fix compatibiliy issues with older hardware (black screen on startup)
-The tower was simplified somewhat, should be a little less confusing.

-infinite stamina gain glitch
-Lucy was missing her arm in one of the floor scenes, it's back now.
