• Weapon/Shield tooltip improvements

• Memory fragmentation reduced a lot
• Ships and Turrets don't defend Stations when they should
• The "map mode camera" text stays visible when going back to the main menu
• Emperor2/COC mining stations have no faction set
• Empty dialog window stays visible sometimes (maybe fixed)
• Some memory leak fixes
