New character: Yume Nikaido the TikTok Star
Yume is supposed to be an early character you can interact with. No hard requirement like confidence level or school grade

New school gameplay: You can now rest in the clinic to restore your energy, no need to collapse first
New school gameplay: New mechanics of peeing in the boy's toilet
New mode of transport: Now you can explore Tokyo using train, this will be used for future chikan content (Yume as the first NPC you can interact on train). Train system is supposed to replace the main map for more immersive navigation, but I will keep the current map/street navigation because several interactions are still needed there (Yua Mikami late night call, and Hikaru dating even trigger)
