Update v3.5

*Added 2 new planets to test the Waves mode on Normal and Hard (highlighted in blue when hovered).

*Added 2 new enemy type. Stealth and Regenerative. You may see these enemies on Normal or Hard missions.

*Decreased spawn rate across the board. While easy mode has the lowest spawn timers, it does increase per difficulty level.

*Adjusted the speed of the RAT vehicle.
