Hey everyone! This is a small patch that fixes a crash reported by a community member.

- fixed a crash that occured when clicking on the platforms list button, but with no platform licenses
- (MODDING) added 2 new events to the SaleDisplay GUI element: PRE_SETUP and POST_SETUP - both are fired before and after setting up the SaleDisplay GUI element, respectively. 1 argument - the SaleDisplay GUI element instance.
