🚨 Known Issues

[p][/p][p]■ An issue where purchases occasionally do not go through on the Epic Games platform.
🔸We recommend using the \[Web Shop] for purchases until the issue is resolved.

■ An issue where players may fall outside the map in certain areas. [/p][p]🔸Please submit an inquiry to our Customer Support Center if you are unable to resolve this issue using the escape or teleport function.[/p][p][/p][p]■ An issue where epic-grade Intact Shadowcat Pelt Scraps require level 35 or higher to exchange for an Intact Shadowcat Pelt.[/p][p]🔸This issue is scheduled to be fixed at a later date. If you're currently unable to make the exchange, we kindly ask for your patience and recommend trying again once the fix has been applied.[/p][p][/p][p]■ An issue where Guidebook mission 7-4 cannot be completed. [/p][p]🔸Players who have already completed this mission are not affected.[/p][p]🔸Players who attempted this mission prior to the patch will have it automatically marked as completed after the issue is fixed.[/p][p][/p][p]■ An issue where the "Broken Sword" and "Trial of Salt and Steel" events may occasionally disappear when the "Hide Completed" option is selected.[/p][p][/p][p]■ An issue where the item description for "Building Materials" is not displayed in the selected language.[/p][p][/p][p] ————————————————————————————————————– [/p]

■ An issue where set effects are not displayed in certain situations.

■ An issue where Enemy Hideouts cannot be cleared under certain conditions.

■ An issue where certain items in the Draught/Concoction Random Chest are not displayed in the selected language.

■ An issue where the Founder’s Pack: Ultimate Edition Upgrade product is not displayed as intended.

■ An issue where the main quest \[Written in Blood] cannot be progressed under certain conditions.

■ An issue where the main quest \[Leave the Great Hall] cannot be progressed under certain conditions.

■ An issue where equipment effect values are not applied as intended when reforging equipment of Tier 3 or higher.

■ An issue where the Battle Pass end date is displayed incorrectly in-game.

■ An issue where the gifting option for the Founder's Pack products on Steam is currently unavailable.

■ An issue where the Attack Power and Defense increase rate is displayed as 0% in the Watchmen Provisions level 5 description.

■ An issue where players are unable to change their Alliance name if the Alliance name is already taken.

■ An issue where players that completed the \[Homecoming] quest without defeating enemies in the area are attacked by invisible enemies upon returning to Queenscrown.

■ An issue where the rewards for days 2, 3, and 7 of \[The Seven’s Gift] event only display the Knight class icon.

■ An issue where icons for all classes appear for the 15 level reward from the \[Champion of Winter] event.

■ An issue where the expiration dates for time-limited rewards from the \[Champion of Winter] event are not displayed until the rewards are claimed.

■ An issue where a "Logic Error" pop-up appears when attempting to create an Alliance.

■ An issue where RP may occasionally fail to recharge over time after logging out of the game.

■ An issue where certain quests display the mission objective as "Tutorial", preventing progression.

■ An issue where mission progress does not update properly in certain Enemy Hideouts even after all enemies have been defeated.

■ An issue where using the escape function in Last Hearth’s Multi Space causes the character to get stuck in terrain.

■ An issue where players are unable to leave the quest area while progressing through the main quest \[Forbidden Knowledge].

■ An issue where Basic Skill Points are lost if the Trait Tree is reset under certain conditions.

■ An issue where certain skills do not grant Momentum upon being leveled up past a certain threshold. [/p][p][/p][p]■ An issue where Hunting Celebration Tokens are not awarded for completing the daily mission \[Defeat 1 Ferocious Beast] in the Bloody Hunt event unless RP is consumed.

[/p][p][/p][p] ■ An issue where ongoing crashes and installation problems occur on devices that meet or exceed the minimum system requirements. [/p][p][/p][p]■ An issue where a black screen appears after reconnecting following a crash during a cutscene, preventing further gameplay. [/p][p][/p][p] ■ An issue where the Battle Pass cannot be purchased upon clicking the upgrade button. [/p][p][/p][p]■ An issue where Ferocious Beasts do not appear after placing bait.[/p][p][/p][p]■ An issue where rewards are not properly distributed to alternate characters after first clearing Wormwalks Stage 40. [/p][p][/p][p]■ An issue where Founder’s Packs purchased before the official release were not distributed under certain conditions. [/p][p][/p][p]■ An issue where the Light Attack Speed and Active Skill Casting Speed increase rates are not displayed properly. [/p][p]
