First minor patch released!

Bug fixes

Random destructions of the Hunter ship in Hunter race mode should now be fixed.

Changes

Team change possibilty was not so obvious in Story menu, so I added moving and blinking arrows.
Also for X-Box controller users, team change had the potential not to work at all, so I changed the default buttons and method for team change.
