Additions:

- Oculus platform
- Anisotropic filtering is now enabled in all quality levels

Bug corrections:

- Music was not at the right volume in the level editor
- Teleporter from "Destroyed Cube" map didn't appear in "God Mode"
- Total number of ghosts was incorrect in some cases

Modifications:

- Maximum display distance under the player in "God Mode" is now 16.05m (20.05m before)
