The number of block has nothing to do with frame rate.
You can build more than 10,000 blocks.
The only matters is dynamic light source like lanterns. It drops much frame rate.
You can export your buildings so that bring old saved game buildings to new game. You can share your exported building file.
No more major update for a while because I have to ready to update main stories. It will take about 2 more months for translation, voice act record for scenario left.

Enemy tank has different color.
Allocated additional shop and soldier manager to some castle.

When press tab to end battle, Player return to TPS mode first.
Housing height control speed is not effected by frame rate.
Impact armor decrease impact damage by % calculation. Max stat is 80%
Arrow and tank cannon don't slow down when attack close enemy
Injured soldier number does not exceed soldier item number itself.
