-Few fixes that might cause problems
-Skip Fight and Life for Gold are not affected by inflation (they cost or bring more gold as the game progresses)
-Skip Fight now costs much more if you want to skip Swamp or Boss fights.

We're still looking for that nasty bug that starts the tournament with a black screen. It has to do something with the previously saved game.
