Hi. Sorry for slower progress in the last fortnight - the day job has been very demanding.
Some nice little improvements in various areas of the game with this edition.
- Current ability now goes down when a fighter is permanently injured (and already did so on aging) so now fighters in decline are more accurately represented. This also helps the AI make better management decisions.
- Fixed a bug causing multi-choice events to break.
- Fixed start of battle stats not to show when the leaders are on zero (i.e. beginning of game).
- Fixed a bug allowing defenders to sometimes use a shield even after it had been shattered (i.e. when using the guard perk). They will now correctly dodge.
- Fixed incorrect kill bonus reporting in the weekly news.
- Greatly improved damage modifier reporting in normal battle view, separating out and more accurately reporting class advantages, relationship effects, difficulty modifiers, fall modifiers and inspiration effects.
- Prevented relationships being double reported on commencement of a fight.
- Removed a legacy cap on energy modifications that was reducing shoulder barge and trip energy loss from 14 -> 12. Those moves will now correctly cost 14 base energy.
- Added buttons in the league screen to allow player to see upcoming fixtures beyond the immediate week.
- Fixed cup results to show winner’s division as well as loser’s
- Prevented events from repeatedly popping up.
