Update 1.2.9_EarlyAccess

-Mouse wheel zooms camera while in first person mode outside VR.
-Fix jittering wing while in first person mode.
-Turn thermal air sound effect down.
-Thermal lift is now distributed out from the center and no longer a constant value.
-Make ridge lift more precise and interaction more realistic.
-Ridge lift now flattens out the higher you go above the ground.
-More lift during a turn so you don't loose as much altitude.
-More sink while using speed bar.
-Paramotor glide ratio adjusted to be higher with no power applied.
-Make line renders a bit skinnier.
-Make clouds only spawn under active thermals.
-Make thermals get bigger as they get higher.
-Fixed issues where glider may turn slightly with no input.
-Make hands maintain the same position while weight shifting.
-Hide the head like a turtle when in VR first person mode so you can see it and it doesn't get in the way.
-Make hands follow exact vertical movement when using hand controller grip method do they don't stutter.
-Make weight shift based off head offset to left and right instead of head tilt.
-Make a dead zone so if you turn your head in VR you won't get unexpected weight shift.
