-Add 3rd speed flying challenge to Tetons map.
-Add both ground speed (GS) and Airspeed (AS) to the variometer.
-Fix issue where “Auto Inflate Canopy” setting was not getting saved.
-Fix issue where all players in multiplayer could act as host starting challenges.
-Only send “Host started challenge - weather updated accordingly” notification when host starts a challenge and weather has been changed.
-Challenge will now quit / disable if the host changes weather while you're flying a challenge. This ensures cheating can not happen where you could fly with different weather than what the challenge requires.
-Challenges are locked if the challenge does not match host weather.
