Update notes for 7 March

Fixes a bug that caused the game to fail when installed under usernames containing special characters. The game now supports all file paths, regardless of character set.

Other updates
  • Adds basic sound effects to the 3D window
  • Adds a “Move To” option in the scenario editor context menu, allowing platforms to be moved to specified coordinates
  • Fixes an issue that prevented some users from creating a new scenario in edit mode
