Changes

• There are now 3 tile sheets each 8192 pixels wide (instead of 2 which were up to 9984 pixels wide), improving the speed slightly and working better on older devices.
• Knights may now start with jumping boots, enabling them to jump like in NetHack.
• Added more debug information for some outstanding bugs.
• Various minor bug fixes and improvements.
