Changes

• .NET has been updated to 9.0.12 (SDK 9.0.310).
• Debug buffer handling has been much improved.
• Context menu has been reordered so that pick up and pickup & stash appear almost always first at the bottom.
• Default options file does not get anymore replaced by the default file after app update.
• Added some additional debug information.
