Go All Out! early access patch EA 1.03.01 available

Updates:
- Erica and Raptor now cost 500 GAO coins
- Cross-stage spawn problem fixed
- Online Mode test available
- Slow Blast item now hits environment
- Some controller fixes in lobby
- Knock-off type of attack added
- Fixed problems with sound settings
- Missile type attacks now correctly react to collision direction



Adjustments in patch:
Raptor:
- Now have correct amount of HP
- Flying is faster

Items Encyclopedia:
- Adjusted info on Slow Blast
