From the Goblin King:
I have rebuilt the server code. Pray I don't rebuild it further…
General
- Updated to the latest version of unity.
- Updated the networking dependencies to the latest version (always stressful).
- I have refactored the tagging code, it should be way better now. In general no more punching without actually tagging (though it may continue to punch after you tag)
- The camera should be hard locked to your goblin now. If at any time you have control of the goblin, and the camera is missing, it will spawn a new camera to lock it back on.
New Content
- New skin – Skeleton Outfit
Bugs
- Fixed a hidden bug that never came up before the server code rebuild because it always won a race condition. Upon upgrading the server, it started to lose the race condition and become apparent. This bug would cause a map to try to wait for players while switching levels instead of being in the inactive state. This caused mass chaos for the server.
- Condensed and refactored a lot of server and game mode code. This should solve a BUNCH of different issues.
Hide and seek
Island - Fixed the spawn location of runners so they don’t start on top of the taggers.
- Platforms now have colliders.
Dodgeball
- Fixed the score not updating correctly in the GUI.
- Dodgeball is now 50% bigger.
- Dodgeball is now 50% faster.
Goblin Tag
- Fixed a bug where taggers wouldn’t get a random ability if they forgot to click one.
