Tweaks:
- bombs and exploding barrels: increased explosion radius
- playability tweaks to the 'Sacrifices Must Be Made' map
- now heroes don't attack you for 2 secs after you respawn
- now no longer necessary to release and re-press the Grab button to jump between chains
Bug Fixes:
- fixed problem with 32-bit Windows failing to launch
- removed wizard's 'looting' fx when he dies
- stopped chains from going crazy when caught in an explosion
