• Lowered Treasures minimum spawn rate from 3.3min to 2min, max is still 5min

• Fixed production costs being ignored
• Fixed production not being affected by number of buildings
• Fixed some more Artifact types not spawning properly
• Added missing modifiers to some Artifact types (Notes *)
• Fixed not being able to destroy socketed timed Artifacts
