This patch adds a short manual to the game as well as updating the core nwjs scripts.

Other Fixes:

• Enemy ubilders no longer defaul to tile 0 on a failed search to find a plot.
• 'Special' plots now occur more frequently.
• 'Special' plots will no longer spawn close to cities.
• Necromancer towers now only spawn in wastelands.
• The Arctic God no longer spams defensive forts.
