[Balance]
-The skill value "Crow's Requiem" was a calculation mistake, which result in the issue of skill power, now its power is decreased by 30%;
-Skill "Everyone is a hero" was low power in matches. Originally, it's a good skill for solo Extractor player, so now it is changed to "After being attacked by the Watcher, get 3 Energy Charges (from 2 Energy Charges)";
-The same issue with above, the power of skill "Self-Protection Spray Paint Can" is increased by 40%.
-We realized that "implanted virus randomly in machines when Extractors enter the Arena" is not a good update, now we have removed it.
