Major Update
V1.1 notable changes:- Steam’s Cloud Saves system has been enabled.
- Steam Achievements have been implemented throughout the game.
- The Poetry Books written about the winners of the Launch Contest have been hidden in various places.
- No spoilers but the endgame cutscenes have been completely overhauled.
- Several levels have received minor changes, improvements, and bug fixes.
Difficulty settings changes:- The difficulty settings (previously experimental) have been finalized down to three settings. If you were playing on one of the “in-between” settings your current setting will be rounded up or down so please check on the pause menu to make sure you are where you want to be.
- Story Mode: 0.5x incoming damage, right in between the old “easier” settings. Monster spawn changes carried from previous “Story Mode.”
- Normal Mode: previously “adventure mode” - no modifier, default spawns.
- Souls Mode: The same as “Master Mode” but without restricting its selection to game slot creation.
Other notable changes and fixes:- Running out of stamina will no longer prevent you from using the sword, but using the sword will still drain stamina.
- Slow moving projectiles and homing projectiles can now be targeted.
- The Save Slots now show how many out of 16 possible health upgrades have been found.
- The player’s blocking detection for high-velocity projectiles has been improved to avoid an error that can occur when blocking Skeleton Archer arrows near the outer extent of their range.
- A bug that caused Stalagmite damage to the player to be triggered multiple times on a single contact has been fixed (effectively reducing the damage)
