Updates

• Updated evicting a golfer from the course to also immediately remove them from their group so that the group can continue immediately instead of waiting for the evicted golfer to get to the clubhouse.
• Reduced the field of view within in which golfers block other golfers from playing a shot.
• Added more loading screen rules of golf messages.

Fixes

• Fixed bulldozing some props not working correctly.
• Fixed shot selection not always considering the max allowed club for the surface causing shots over water not to be chosen sensibly in most cases.
• Fixed water height not being saved and loaded correctly causing areas of the land reclaimed from water to be flooded when loading a save.
• Fixed occupied distance data not being regenerated on load causing golfers to aim too close to obstacles until the terrain is next painted.
• Fixed navigation not updating correctly when loading saved games that have fences placed.
