Patch notes for update 0.3.128:

- Only Lanes/Goals now snap on white dummys
- Fixed crash related to teleporters in editor
- Fixed teleporters not spawning in play mode
- Fixed teleporters not duplicating with correct ID
- Fixed draw distance issue on low settings (graveyard)
- Updated Cannon Logic (still experimental)
- Added 'Hard' mode without aim-assist
