Just a few bug fixes for Windows and Linux:

- Fixed a bug where the Achievements screen wasn't pulling achievement status from Steam.
- Fixed order of main menu buttons so that the Achievement button is in the menu / tab order.

Ran into issues with the macOS version of these changes. I may end up removing the macOS version as it becomes more difficult to update.
