Just some fixes for some issues that were reported. Thanks for letting me know!

• Fix issue where trees were spawning without making sure they were far enough away from the start of the hole.
• Fix issue where trees could not spawn on areas of the fairway that were cleared.
• Fix issue where pausing when going into a portal would cause the ball to lose a lot of it's momentum.
