Multicolor painting

• Depending on the Piece, different colors are required, on display when browsing to a Piece details page. When painting a Piece updates inform the players which colors are missing, left to be sprayed.

• Added buffed decals, patches of overpainted graffiti.
• Updated fame, the graffiti rarity and amount of color determine it now.
