[Patch note v0812_1]

Server Consolidation

- Asia server and North America server are consolidated
- If the character name is the same, the lower level character name will be changed.
- If the guild name is the same, the lower level guild name will be changed.
- If the number of Consolidated characters exceeds the open slots, they are displayed in the order in which they were created.
- Characters that are not visible because they are pushed out are displayed when you delete a visible character or expand a slot.
- The occupied territory and challengea rankings will be reset.

Island of chaos

- The [Island of Chaos] area under the world map [Lamhfada Strait] has been opened.
- Weekly dungeons [Death Harbor] and [Wraith's Tomb] have been added.
- A sub dungeon [Halloween's Room] has been added.
- You can obtain [Wraith's Seal] for [Wraith's Tomb] in [Halloween's Room].
- [Legendary Shoes] can be exchanged for materials that can be obtained from [Death Harbor] and [Wraith's Tomb].
- [Legendary Shoes] can be exchanged at the [Lamhfada Strait] Exchange.

Balance correction

- Shadow Chaser [Shadow Shuriken] Invulnerable enemies are not absorbed
- Spirit Hunter [Fixed Mode] Removed panting motion when turn off
- Nemesis [Triangle Aegis] Damage reduction effect decreased by 4%~20% -> 2%~10%
- Nemesis [Induce Laser] Cooldown reduction 13 seconds -> 10.4 seconds
- Nemesis [Twilight Shining] Cooldown reduction 13 seconds -> 10.4 seconds
