An important update was performed this Thursday morning, November 24th 2022

A fix for 2 important bugs was necessary, but may have caused collateral damage to game saves.

Indeed, the saves on Grandma badass are not done in an external file.
This means that this morning's major update may have damaged your game saves.

You don't have to restart the game if you've been affected by this technical problem.
I will personally treat, on a case by case basis, each request to restore a game to the place of your last save, by sending you a version of the game with an access to the chapter you had reached before the crash of your save.

If you play the achievements, be aware that this does not impact the validation of the achievements on Steam, but on the other hand you will have lost them with your save in the game.

Don't worry about that either
All you have to do is tell me what achievements you have already won and they will be reallocated to you with the version of the game you have in private.
