Update #3 - "World Peace"

Hi everybody! The following languages have been added into the game: German, French, Finnish, Russian, Portuguese and Swedish.

• All of these language (except for English and Russian) are beta-versions. In case you speak some of these languages (especially if you're a native speaker) and find any mistakes in language beta-versions, please feel free to contact us and write about it on the game's page in Steam. All mistakes and errors will be fixed as soon as possible.

Some changes were made in the 23 level.

We also fixed an error with the fullscreen mode in 4K resolution.
